Pizze

Our pizza dough comes from a mix of flour, mainly we use a plain flour "CAPUTO" coming straight from Naples, a re-milled semolina flour coming from Sicily and a wholemeal flour that is produced in the Lancashire area.

Our dough takes 24 hours to ferment and with this process, we will have a product that is easy to digest.
